Protecting your Toes and Feet in BalletAs a Ballet Dancer you know how easy it is to damage your feet and toes.
Are your toes curling or bending?
"Protecting your feet and toes is essential in ballet."
By wearing the Genki Kun starting with only 5 minutes a night you can help your toes reallign.
In many parts of Japan many ballet instructors have been using the Genki Kun for over 10 years to help prevent the damage to your toes.

One of the things that makes the Genki Kun Toe Stretcher so effective is that the bottom is raised.
As a Ballet Dancer you can use it to strengthening and exercise your intrinsic muscles. Besides flexing and pointing; dorsiflexion and plantar flexion on the ankle joint, it also helps to strengthen all the small muscles on your feet.
When you put on the Genki Kun you will notice when walking there's no way you can do pronation and supination.
This will improve your gait and weight distribution in ballet.
It will help to prevent toe curling and bunions and also to help prevent lower back pain. The Genki Kun comes in 3 sizes for the best possible fit.
You will also receive exercise instructions. | Small | Medium | Large | | English | 1.5 - 5 | 4.5 - 8.5 | 8 - 11 | | European | 33.5-38 | 37.5 - 42.5 | 42 - 46 | American | 4 - 7.5 | 7 - 9 | 8.5 - 11.5 |
