Bought the Sinucleanse netipot plus sachets having read good things about sinus washes. Delivery was very quick. I was slightly apprehensive about pouring water up my nose but it all worked very well and (more importantly) I didn't drown! You have to make sure the spout of the netipot is inserted far enough into the nostril to make a good seal, and the water is warm. I also started off with only half a sachet in each potful to minimise any shock to my system. Fantastic - so simple, no drugs or chemicals and my nose feels clearer than it has done for months.
