Perfect BreathingI was asked if I could produce a CD with the perfect breathing rate for relaxation.
During the day we all breathe at different rates.
Fast when we are active and more slowly when we relax, meditate and sleep.
I consulted therapists about relaxing breathing rates and they all agreed on the perfect relaxation/meditation breath rate.
It seemed that there was indeed a very relaxing rate of breathing that everyone agrees on.
From this rate I produced this music audio CD. It is ideal for deep meditation and relaxation.
There are three tracks on this album, each one is 20 minutes in length and all have the same breathing rate.
The first and second tracks have relaxing music added to the chimes, the third is simply chimes with no music.
Choose, whichever track you prefer.
