How does it work?
The memory foam moulds around your neck, shoulders and upper back, relaxes them, while stretching the chest.
How do you use it
On the first day, lie down on the floor/bed and place your head on the round part of the cushion for 3 minutes.
The next day try 5 minutes and then slowly build up the time to a maximum of 20 minutes. You should feel the effects very quickly.
Things to note
Never sleep on the cushion.
Do not use this product while pregnant due to pressure on the vena cava when lying on the back.
