I bought the STOP BITING NAILS CD and it was a miracle. I am 33 and I have never been able to grow my nails ever. Charles (and readers). I recently purchased the Nailbiting hypnosis CD. I was sceptical, as I've been a nail biter since my formative years. Until recently, my habit had become to become an embarrassment, and I was avoiding showing my hands to my clients. I purchased the CD, as it was inexpensive, and 'worth a try if nothing else.' All I can say is 'WOW'. After the first listen, I didn't touch my nails for a week, and I began to see the difference. I admit I didn't listen to it again after the first session, although after the first week (during which I was greatly impressed) I began to relapse, and nibble again whilst driving. I immediately listened to it again 3 times over the next week. That was around 6 weeks ago, and since then I have listened to it a handful of times. I have not bitten my nails since that moment, and the results are outstanding. I now have healthy, strong, growing nails, which I have to trim to keep in shape. I am now proud of my nails, and look forward to them becoming totally 'normal' after 30 years of biting.
