Meditation MusicMy name is Charles and I am a hypnotherapist and composer of relaxation music.
There are many people selling meditation music; often it is simply relaxation music. Obviously this isn't a problem, but I wanted to produce something special, something very unique.
I have done this with my music designed for meditation.

This CD enhances your meditation through slow breathing (simply breath in and out with the chimes on the CD)
Slow deep breathing is vitally important in meditation and can also reduce you blood pressure within minutes.

The second CD was composed using the wonderful healing energies of the singing bowls.
