How does the CD work
Using hypnosis techniques on the CD, you will actually feel yourself go through the dive process, while in a relaxed environment, you will be taught how to breathe in and out with musical chimes to slow down your breathing, increasing the amount of air in your tanks for a longer dive, which also helps control and reduce scuba panic through the association of control and relaxation.
