Heart Rate Monitor Ring - UK/EC

1. Place the heart rate monitor on your finger as you would a ring, if your finger is small then slide on the adaptor that is included.



2. Press the button on the right to switch it on and your pulse will then be continously displayed. The reading is taken from a sensor that rests on your skin underneath the ring.


I've been using it for more than a week while walking and working and the pulse rate reading has been very accurate.

The pulse monitor biofeedback ring can also display:

• Has a stop watch and timer

Most pulse monitors involve placing your finger on a sensor, however on this monitor the pulse ring detector is underneath so it is continuously displaying your pulse while you work, rest and play.
