How does it work?
- Place the heart rate monitor on your finger as you would a ring, if your finger is small then slide on the adaptor that is included.
- Press the button on the right to switch it on and your pulse will then be continously displayed. The reading is taken from a sensor that rests on your skin underneath the ring.
I've been using it for more than a week while walking and working and the pulse rate reading has been very accurate.

The pulse monitor biofeedback ring can also display:
- The time
- Has a stop watch and timer
- Can warn you through a beep when the pulse goes above or below a rate you specify
