Awww, cute. Isn't it wonderful to give a new quality of life to your chooks. I'm not a chicken gal myself, but tend to end up rescuing cats. It;s pretty rewarding to think back to one I have that used to hiss and spit at me whenever I entered the room. It took 6 weeks of me just sitting on the floor in there with her, ignoring her and now she is the softest, soppiest cat you'd ever meet. She'd never leave my side, given the opportunity
