Charles - I need positive self esteem!

Have looked through your hypnosis CD listings - I need one for boosting my self esteem - I really do deep down have a very low opinion of myself and this is derived from my childhood and other life events. Which CD do you recommend as being the best for me to help with this?
I am finding this low self esteem / self worth is affecting my every day life and I need help!!!Have you have a look at my confidence CD?

Do you feel it will help just with confidence in given situations or dispel the deep seated beliefs I have about myself? It is those that I need to change really. I 'act - as - if' I am confident already - in fact most people think I am brimming with it - it is my cover all - bright, bubbly and confident, but my deep rooted beliefs, due to being told enough as I have grown up, are that I am silly, stupid and unloveable. That I fail often and am not good at anything. This may seem extreme and I am always argueing with myself that this is not the case. However the deep rooted beliefs are there. :( (Purple)Your right.

I'm sorry to hear about your predicament, I am an Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist and live in Gosport on the Mainland.
I don't know what your finanncial situation is but if you think you might be able to get here I will treat you for whatever you can afford and if things are that bad, perhaps for free.

Andy (andyjturner)Forgot to say - you should feel really worthy - look at what you do to rescue hens! Not many people are special enough to care :) We do animal rescue too and know that it's hard work. You should be proud of that fact :)

I am on a rescue mission early October and collecting 120 hens from a battery farm with aggreement of the farmer. Have homes for them all already and will be going back to get another 120 before christmas possibly!
What Animal Rescue are you involved in? We also foster dogs, have rescued 6 rats and 2 ferets and an FIV+ cat! (Purple)
