How can hypnosis help someone who is going to have a tattoo?
I have been asked this question by a couple of people and I do not know how to help them.

Any method of pre tattoo suggestions would be helpful.

First quick thing to tell them to do is swish some saliva around their mouth at the time of the pain as this will reduce the pain a little bit.
In addition simply teach them to go into a self hypnosis state during the procedure, the pain relief can be obtained through teaching the methods on my pain relief cd.

Once the pain is not a concern the fear goes as well.
