Personal CD or hifi?

What's is best to listen to an hypnosis cd on in your opinion? My wife listens to hers on a stereo when I'm at work, but she says that it's different for everyone. I'm not sure whether it would affect the hypnosis or not as I've never used a cd before? What do you think??It really does not matter, I would say a hifi is normally best as headphones might feel a little bit uncomfortable.

Cheers for that :) I tried on the hi-fi - didn't work as good as when I used headphones - so I think I'll use the headphones from now on. When I did it with the hi-fi, Jackie (my wife) was also in the room - she "went" before I did!! LOL

well i spose if you listen to your cd on the stereo theres that chance you may put the neighbours to sleep as well? :)
i use small cd player which has a snooze function that you can program to turn itself off after a set time, so if its bed time the cd wont be on all night! :) (kiwiangus)
