Hi Peeps... :)
Has anyone any experience or information..good or bad..about the so called Holosynch Solution.
This is marketed from the States under the auspices of The Centrepointe Research Institute..
From what I can see to undertake the entire course is potentially very costly..but there may be value in at least the introductory course...

Alpha waves are produced naturally when you relax.
To produce alpha waves quickly then something like my breath of time cd does this by using the natural sound of water or my deep relaxation hypnosis cd

As I understand there is relaxing music and subliminal stimulus that changes the way the brain works..creating different or new neural pathways.
The supposed advantages of this system may be real but I tend to think that the progression through a series of levels over a number of years will eventually become very costly..the system is marketed to introduce the first level and the benifits are extolled.
The basis is deep relaxation ..alpha brain waves moving to theta delta..

It is expensive simply because they can make a lot of money, so obviously it is a very commercial product with a lot of advertising captial money.
