Can you use Hypnosis to help you with 2 things at one time

Hello all I do hope I am posting this in the right place. I am looking to know can you use hypnosis to help with two problems at the same time or should you work on one problem first. I really want to lose weight but also need to relieve pain more. But was thinking if I got two cds can I listen to one say one night then the next night the other. I am sorry if I am asking a silly question but want to do this the right way. Really looking forward to trying this out. Thanks SummerSummer, I'll let Charles' answer this one as he is the person who knows. I just want to assure you that your question isn't silly and I will also be curious to know the answer. Rachael (rachael)

Hello Summer, It is best to to use on one CD at a time. Focus on the pain relief CD first. Once you are able to calm this down with my pain relief CD which will only a few days you then focus on the stop snacking CD. If you use both at the same time your mind will not be focusing as well. You might actually find that releaving the pain may reduce the weight. This might happen if you are currently eating to focus less on the pain. Warm regrds Charles (charles vald)

Thanks Charles this is good to know. I have become over weight because of the pain and not being able to do any exercise plus the fact I comfort eat alot. I don't sleep much as well so I guess that is not of help as well. I am looking forward to getting your pain relief cd. I think this is my last hope to be honest. I have tried everything else so fingers crossed. So I will be sorting my pain first then the weight will have to go as well. Don't want to keep it either lol. God bless you Summer (Summer)

Hi Summer, Just wanted to wish you good luck with your pain control. For what it's worth Hypnosis can work really well in this area, so don't be put off if you don't experience rapid results. We are all different and respond to Hypnosis in different ways, wether it be one to one or at home with a CD. I have had people say that they can't be Hypnotised and yet thay have gone into trance almost as quickly as I can click my fingers and others who are desperate to achieve trance but find they just can't let go. Much of it has to do with individual perception of what Hypnosis is and can do and fear is always the element that holds people back. Persistance is the key, I read something by an American whose name escapes me, but he attempted to prove that there was no such thing as an unhypnotisable person. I believe he took 1000 subjects and found a fair percentage went into trance at first session, the rest took varying amounts of time with the last few taking some 50 odd sessions before they finally were able to let themselves go. Ultimately he proved his point, so keep at it and I'm sure you will achieve the results you want. (Dragonfly)

Hi there Dragonfly thank you for your reply. I have listened to Charles cd for pain for the first time last night but I found it hard to get into it because of my pain being so bad. But as you said it will take time to get results and I am willing to really give this a go. Thanks Charles I do think it helped me sleep a little better. God Bless Summer (Summer)

I am sure you will find it more and more use as the days progress, keep us updated Charles (charles vald)

Hello Charles I just thought I would tell you I find it easier to use cd than I did at the beginning. Thanks again for your help Summer (Summer)

[quote:b64d8e7384="Summer"] I am looking forward to getting your pain relief cd. I think this is my last hope to be honest. I have tried everything else so fingers crossed. [/quote:b64d8e7384] Just wanted to say that I'm cheering for you too, Summer. I think it's very sad that so many people try everything else and only come to hypnosis as a last resort. For me it was biting my nails: okay, not quite as serious as your problems, but I'd spent thirty years being ashamed of my hands. One go with Charles' CD and I'm on the way to having beautiful talons! (biddy)

Thanks Biddy that is really sweet. Time to cool off a bit its about 30 in London today. I think I need to buy an air cooler. (charles vald)

Summer - interested to know how you are doing with the pain CD a month or two after first getting it? (James)
