I don’t know how your CD works, but it does! I am still amazed! I have a 6 year old who becomes very hyperactive at bedtime and after years of fighting everynight this is a godsend! The first night she TRIED not to listen and I laid with her for 5 minutes and then left her and off she went to sleep. Usually she shouts and complains and cried and then sing sand talks to herself for an hour or so, and gets up and down and tries to do anything but sleep, so we were very surprised! On the second night she complained but still listened on her own this time and went off to sleep! The third night she started yawning the minute I put the cd on – no complaints and went to sleep within 10 mins instead of 2 hours! What can I say – it speaks for itself – you just have to try it! I am recommending it to all my friends - Ann , Sydney
