I've been suffering from depression and anxiety my entire adult life. When I downloaded your Deep Relaxation MP3, I had to check my purse three times before leaving any building to make sure I had my wallet, keys and phone. I would have panic attacks and crying jags at my desk at work. I wasn't eating, was eating too much, drinking like a fish, sleeping 12+ a night and waking up feeling exhausted, considering psychiatric medication. I did a search for relaxation hypnosis as a last resort, almost.
And I'm so unbelievably glad I did. I listen to the mp3 every night. Now I wake up after 6, 7, or 8 hours, full of energy - and HAPPY. Feeling great, for no reason at all. Joyful, even. When I first followed the hypnosis instructions to visualize tension as a dark color leaving my shoulders, I nearly wept with relief. I can't thank you enough for this. It has improved my life immeasurably. I still have work to do to feel completely all right, but thanks to your work I feel capable of actually doing it. You will be pleased to know that my wife,Gillian is highly delighted with your CD. Although she has only used it twice so far, she has noticed a very real difference. Over the last 30 years she has suffered from Crohn's Disease and an irregular fast heart beat (which is being monitored by a heart specialist at our local hospital).
On the two occasions she used the CD, she measured her pulse rate before the session, followed by an after session reading. On both occasions there was a noticeable drop in pulse rate (from the high 70's to the mid 50's). She came out of each session feeling much refreshed and much the better for it.
