- Press the button on the right to switch on the monitor and your pulse will be then continously displayed, the reading taken from a sensor resting on your skin underneath the ring.
- Using my Deep Relaxation CD or Breath of Time CD or your own relaxation technique observe as your heart rate gently goes lower, observing the biofeedback pulse monitor so you can learn automatically when you are relaxed.
You can then get into this relaxed state yourself even without the biofeedback monitor, it really works!
Most pulse detectors involve placing your finger on a sensor, however on this monitor the pulse ring detector is underneath so it is continuously displaying your pulse, while you rest, walk or run.
