I had a difficult Dr.'s appointment on Tuesday where due to nerves I think, my BP went up to 170/94. I was very concerned that it was that high, but it did go down quite a bit during that day on Tuesday. Anyway, I figured I better do something about my blood pressure to make sure it doesn't get that high. Somehow after doing some research I came across information on slow breathing and found your cd. Yesterday and today, I have been practicing with the breathing with amazing results. I got my BP down to 125/88 yesterday and 119/87 today. That's amazing from what I had on Tuesday. It's something I plan to practice for the rest of my life. I know my bottom number will go down to 80 or below. These are results after just 2 days of practice! If more people knew about this hypertension would not be such a problem. I feel so relieved that I have a natural tool I can use because I hate dependency on meds.

Slow breathing also has many other wonderful properties:
- It reduces stress and tension.
- It helps you stay calm.
Remember:
- Breathe only through the nose.
- Use your diaphragm to breathe, not your chest.
On average we normally breath around 12 breaths per minute.
Take a moment to find out how many breaths you take in a minute.
You might find your own pattern, some people breath every second or third bell or use the bells to keep at a specific pace.
There are four tracks on the CD each 15 minutes in length, starting at

- 4 breaths per minute
